Respected Sadh Sangat, Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. It is great to see a resource such as this website which presents the rich and varied history of us Bhat Sikhs. As a Bhat Sikh born, bred and educated here in the UK, I am immensely proud of our humble roots and if it hadn't been for the hard work, business spirit and blessings of Waheguru Ji, we wouldn't be here. If there is one community which deserves recognition for the way it has embraced everything that is good about the UK while sticking to its roots, it is Bhat Sikhs and long may that continue

This wonderful website is full of history of early Sikhs in the UK. I was amazed to read about your community's commitment to keep their Sikhi saroop and still excel in their respective businesses up and down the UK - This is Guru Ji's Kirpa. I wish Chardi Kala to all Bhat Sikhs.

Well done to those pioneering Sikhs who had the guts and chardhi kala to maintain their kesh and turbans and the forsight to establish gurughars in the UK. This type is spirit requires rejuvination. I am not from a Bhat background but am in admiration of the way that 'Bhat' Sikhs continue their spirit of adventure.Well done-WJKKWJKF
