Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh, Great site glad to see that someone has bothered to shed some light on where our caste comes from not that i believe in it but still good to know where your roots are. Think my great great grandfathers in one of these pictures. Keep up the good work.

This site is absolutely amazing. excellent work my great grandfathers details were on the list of the first Sikh Bhatra meeting in 1939,his name is stated slightly wrong instead of Santokh Singh Rathor the name is down as Santokh Singh Swali. They were originally from Gojra and did live in East London.

Sat Sri Akal JiI would just like the congratulate you on a very informative wesite, I am a member of the Bhatra community and attend Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur of Chruch Street Nottingham, I would Just Like to update you with additional information regarding the \"Early Bhat Sikhs At Shepherds Bush Gurdwara, 1953\" Photo, My Grandfarther Darshan Singh Potiwal appeals in the picture, directly above Katat Singh Kaatar, slightly on the left, and arms interlocked. Looking at the picture with my dad has brought back treasured memories of my late grandfather and we would really appreciate it if you could add his name to the picture! Shingar Singh Potiwal is infact Darshan Singh Potiwals Younger Brother, and looking at the picture really takes you back to humble beginnings, rewinding back to the pioneers of the Sangat. Finally once again thank you for your efforts as well as your acknowledgment of these men and women who took the maiden step to developing the Bhat Sangat as we know it today. Yours Faithfully Ravi Singh and Potiwal Family
